Tracks 14 to 16 were recorded live for radio station VPRO in Hilversum, Netherlands (Holland) on May 31st 1989. First issued on the '[r=1949123]' 7-inch single, which was released by Stekelvarken Records in 1989 (STEK 41).

Track 14 is a cover of the [a41182] song 'Luka', but the intro of this live Lemonheads recording features an instrumental section from the song '[a144998]'.
Track 15 is a radio interview with [a265533].
